Future “North SeaTac Commerce Center”

The City of SeaTac and the Port of Seattle have been collaborating on how best to improve access to as well as develop the 55 acres immediately north of the airport and SR-518. While pursuing the economic development possibilities of the site, a key focus will be protecting the residential character of the surrounding neighborhood.
